Quick Setup Guide

From account creation to publish: quick overview of the voice agent setup process.

Every Casalyx plan includes guided onboarding to help you get set up and ready to go live.

We will help with:

  • Connecting a phone number
  • Setting up call forwarding
  • Connecting your calendar
  • Configuring availability
  • Customising your greeting & AI knowledge
  • Testing everything before launch

You can also use the guides below at any time if you want to make changes later.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Create your Casalyx account
  2. Verify your email address
  3. Sign in to access your dashboard

Step 2: Add a Phone Number

Your voice agent needs a phone number before it can go live.

You can either:

  • Use a Casalyx number
  • Bring your own number

Step 3: Configure Your Voice Agent

Create your voice agent and complete the main setup sections, including:

  • Business profile
  • Areas served
  • Greeting and disclaimer
  • Services offered
  • Types of enquiries handled

Step 4: Configure Scheduling

Choose how your voice agent should handle appointments.

You can:

  • Connect a calendar for instant booking, or
  • Collect caller availability only

If you connect a calendar, you can also set your own availability and blackout dates.

Step 5: Configure Lead Notifications

Choose which lead details you want to collect and how often you would like to receive lead summary emails.

Step 6: Publish Your Agent

Once everything looks correct, click Save & Publish.

Your voice agent will then be ready to receive calls. At that point, you can:

  • Make a test call
  • Check your greeting and disclaimer
  • Test appointment booking if enabled
  • Review your lead notifications

If you want Casalyx to answer missed or after-hours calls from your existing business number, you will also need to set up call forwarding.
