How to Forward Calls to Your Casalyx Agent
Learn how to forward missed or after-hours calls to your Casalyx agent so you never miss an enquiry.
Call Forwarding Setup
Call forwarding allows your Casalyx agent to answer calls when you are unavailable, busy, out on viewings, or outside business hours.
Depending on your setup, you can choose to:
- Forward all incoming calls
- Forward only missed or unanswered calls
- Forward only after-hours calls
- Keep your existing business number while Casalyx handles the calls
During onboarding, we can help you choose the best setup for your business.
Before You Start
Before setting up forwarding, make sure you have:
- Your Casalyx phone number
- Access to your mobile, landline, VoIP, or business phone settings
Mobile Phone Forwarding
iPhone
- Open Settings
- Tap Phone
- Tap Call Forwarding
- Turn Call Forwarding on
- Enter your Casalyx phone number
Android
- Open the Phone app
- Open Settings
- Select Call Forwarding
- Choose Forward when unanswered
- Enter your Casalyx phone number
Common Forwarding Codes
Some providers also support forwarding using short dial codes.
UK Networks
To forward unanswered calls, dial:
*61*[your Casalyx number]**20#
To cancel forwarding, dial:
##61#
US Networks
Most US carriers support:
*71 + [your Casalyx number]
To cancel forwarding, dial:
*73
Your provider may use different codes. Contact your carrier if you are unsure.
Business Phone Systems
If you use a VoIP provider, landline service, or business phone system, forwarding is usually configured through your provider dashboard or by contacting your provider directly.
Most systems support:
- Unanswered calls
- Busy calls
- Out-of-hours calls
- All incoming calls
Important Tips
- We recommend forwarding unanswered calls after 15–20 seconds
- Make sure forwarding activates before voicemail picks up
- Test your setup by calling your number and not answering
- You can adjust your forwarding settings at any time
